Have Fieldy add a manual task entry with a voice command.

I purchased this device specifically for the always on function. Then there was an update and now I have to remember to press a button before every conversation I have which is neither easy or natural. So then you have to answer a thousand questions about what you are doing every time. I just want to track my conversations and environments as a second brain type of function. It'd be very nice to have the ability to turn on Always On with the double press break for a new conversation.

As an electrician, I need to separate my work-related notes and tasks from personal ones. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows me to group generated tasks and conversations into different categories, such as work and personal. This would help me manage my notes for each customer more effectively and keep my personal tasks distinct from work-related ones.

something that would really help especially for ADHD people like me is an ability to request fieldy to remember things for long term, saved on its own separate apace that could be quickly looked up.. like when i put something away somewhere sensible. i could say please remember that i put this thing there.. so then a year from now when i actually need it i can ask fieldy where i put that thing.. or remember that so and so's daughter is named this .. things of that sort that i might need to look up again but in intervals longer than the working memory of the device..

Hi Fieldy team, I absolutely love using Fieldy, especially for my work as a lawyer. However, I’ve run into one issue that significantly affects long meetings. Currently, Fieldy stops recording after 3 hours and requires me to manually start a new conversation. I completely understand why conversations are limited to 3 hours for processing and AI summaries. I am not asking for unlimited conversation length. Instead, I would love an option such as: Auto Continue Recording When a conversation reaches the 3-hour limit: automatically save the current conversation;immediately start a new conversation (within a second);continue recording without any user interaction. Conversations can still remain separate for AI processing and summaries, and users can merge them later if needed. This would make a huge difference for professionals with long sessions, such as lawyers, doctors, journalists, researchers, consultants, and anyone attending all-day meetings or mediations. Since Fieldy already automatically starts a new conversation after extended silence, it seems consistent that it could also automatically continue after reaching the 3-hour limit. I believe this would be one of the most valuable productivity improvements for power users. Thank you for building such a fantastic product. I would even be happy if this was an optional setting that users could enable in Settings, rather than changing the default behaviour. I would even be happier if users could choose the maximum conversation length themselves (for example, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 3 hours). As long as Fieldy could automatically continue recording by starting a new conversation, I wouldn’t mind having shorter conversation segments. In fact, shorter segments can often make AI summaries and organisation even more useful.

Hi Fieldy team,⁩ it's just suggestion : maybe the team can try hybrid system : ambience always on to capture life logs then if we need accuracy (better transcripts and speaker profile) we can push the button (double tap or hold 2 secs) to start new thread and push again to end the thread. And If we need to turn off the fieldy maybe hold 4-5 secs? I don't know if you ever done or testing that..hehe

It kills me in the car. It picks up the radio, picks up everything, and then I've got 15 million things picking everything. I would love it to be able to just go, "Hey Fieldy," turn it on and then pause. Just that would be very helpful.

Integrating Fieldy with Apple Watch would be incredibly helpful for users who occasionally leave their iPhone behind. Ideally, the Watch could allow us to check if the device is muted/unmuted, mute/unmute directly from the watch, see real-time transcriptions, and receive status notifications from the device.

The lack of waterproofing in the pendant is a significant concern. I noticed that the USB-C connector allows light to pass through, indicating poor moisture protection. Given that the pendant is meant to be worn all day, it should be designed to withstand exposure to moisture, such as sweat or rain, to ensure durability and reliability.

I find it limiting that Fieldy can only record calls when using speakerphone. It would be a significant improvement if the app could capture both sides of the conversation without needing to use speakerphone, such as when using Bluetooth earbuds or holding the phone to the ear.

I just want the ability to correct what is in the transcript. I think that could help train the AI to better understand me.

Integrating with Outlook tasks or todos would enhance productivity by allowing users to manage their tasks seamlessly within the app. This integration would be particularly useful for users who rely on Outlook for task management.

Fieldy should integrate with Amazon Alexa and Google Home to allow users to give commands to Alexa while on the go. For example, if I need to set an alarm while at the office, I could say, 'Fieldy tell Alexa to set an alarm for tomorrow at 6:00 AM on my Master Bedroom device.' This integration would enhance Fieldy's usability outside the home.

As an OT I see clients with only a short break in between. I need to be able to start a new conversation for each client for privacy reasons. People who benefit are those that have back to back appointments and meetings.

Integrating voice command functionality would greatly enhance the app's usability. It would allow for hands-free operation, making it more convenient and accessible for users.
